  • You're going through a life transition, relationship, career or identity and feel lost.

Taking the first steps towards counselling can feel daunting - and that's completely OK.

Here's what the process looks like:

  • Book Your Session - Choose a time that works for you - Sessions are 50-minutes, available in person or online.

  • ​ ​Come prepared - You don't need to have it all figured out- but a few things that can be helpful:​​

  • Bring a notepad- jotting down any thoughts or reflections afterwards can be really valuable.

  • Come as you are- Theres no right or wrong way to show up.

  • ​​Your First Session - This is a relaxed non-judgemental conversation. Theres no pressure to share everything at once. We focus on getting to know you, listening to your situation. And exploring how best to support you.​​

  • Moving Forward Together - From there we work out a path that feels right for you.
